  • all prices are shown before checkout

  • payment is due immediately

  • access to digital products is granted after successful payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Digital Delivery

Once payment is confirmed:

  • your files will be available for instant download

  • delivery is considered complete at the moment download access is provided

It is your responsibility to download and back up your files.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital nature of our products, special conditions apply.

  • If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

  • Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, all sales are considered final.

However, refunds may still be issued after download in the following cases:

Refunds are not provided for change of mind after download, accidental purchases, or lack of required software or skills.
