What are digital stickers and clipart?

Digital stickers and clipart are high-quality, ready-to-use graphic files you can download instantly after purchase. They are perfect for decorating planners, journals, scrapbooks, digital layouts, crafts, and more. They come in formats like PNG, SVG, or PDF depending on the product you choose.

Can I print the stickers at home?

Yes! You can print them on compatible sticker paper using a home printer. For best results:

  • Use high-quality sticker paper.

  • Adjust your printer settings to match the paper type.

  • If you’re new to printing, we recommend doing a small test print first.

Many customers also choose professional print services for more durable or specialty finishes

How do I receive my files?

Once your purchase is complete, you’ll get an instant download link right in your email — no shipping wait! If the email doesn’t show up, check your spam/junk folder first.

If you still don’t see it, just contact us (info@mespilia.com) with your order details and we’ll resend it.

How do I unzip/download my files?

Your purchased files are often packaged in a ZIP file. To access them:

Windows: Right-click → Extract All

Mac: Double-click the ZIP

iOS/Android: Use a file manager app to open/extract

Can I share my purchases with friends?

It depends on the product.

Some of our products - such as digital clipart, digital papers, and sublimation designs - include a commercial license, which allows you to use the files in your own small business projects according to the license terms.

Other products — like printable stickers are for personal use only and do not include a commercial license.

Because licensing varies by product, please always read the product description carefully before purchasing or sharing files. The license details are clearly listed on each product page, so you’ll know exactly what is allowed.

Can I order prints?

Unfortunately, I do not offer printed services. However, the digital files can be printed at home or at print centers.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Unfortunately due to the nature of the products I cannot offer refunds or exchanges for the download files. I do my best to make sure that the products are of a very high quality but if you have any problems or queries, please contact me and I will try to put things right as soon as possible.

If you haven't downloaded files yet, please contact me, and I'll issue a full refund.

What includes NON-COMMERCIAL/PERSONAL USE

As long as no profit is made, you are welcome to use products on any personal and/or non-profit project without providing design credit.

To be considered “Personal” it must meet ALL THREE of the following criteria:

  • Any money exchange must not be involved,
  • You must not promote a business entity (including non-profit organizations) with the use of part and/or whole product,
  • The use must not directly or indirectly result in financial gain.

If any one or more of the criteria is not met, then the use is deemed “Commercial”.

For example you can create following products as Non-commercial/Personal:

  • physical end products (not for resale or wholesale), such as clothing, cards, banners, etc.;
  • product packaging, such as labels, stickers, containers, etc, for any number of separate end products;
  • digital products, such as static designs, website elements, social media covers and elements,  cards, invitations, photo albums, scrapbooks, ebooks / e-publications etc.

NOTE, if your use of the product for indirect or direct monetary gain even for non-profit organisation (e.g. donations, etc) this would be considered Commercial Use, and a Personal License would not allow it.

What’s Included with the Commercial License

If a product comes with a small commercial use license, this means you can create up to 500 individual End Products and sell a total of up to 500 copies combined.

NOTE, You can also use the product for Social media posts and digital advertising campaigns served by Google Ads, Bings Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc. No limits on the number of impressions of social media posts or other digital advertisements incorporating the product will apply. However physical advertisements are limited to the Commercial License use restriction (up to 500 copies).

Purchasing the product YOU MAY:

  • use images to create layouts for your own personal use, as well non-commercial and commercial (up to 500 copies) use like invitations, cards, ads, web sites, embroidery patterns and embroidered items, jewelry, teaching/education supplies, flattened printables, flattened templates, and other commercial (subject to restriction)  and non-commercial projects,
  • make gifts for family and friends,
  • alter size, color and otherwise change the image to suit your layouts,
  • submit projects for publication using these graphics,
  • use images to create anything that is solely for personal use and small commercial use.

Purchasing the product YOU MAY NOT:

  • claim any images/ graphics as your own;
  • share an image in its original format with anyone;
  • include any of the images/ graphics into other digital graphic sets or packs (this includes, but is not limited to, clipart and digital paper sets) and redistribute them;
  • offer images on any website as downloads or send them through a news list or any other way;
  • redistribute or resell the file(s) “as is” (this includes, but is not limited to, “print on demand”, “made to order”, or “download on demand” applications.);
  • use images (in part or in whole) on print/manufacture-on-demand websites (such as Zazzle, Spoonflower, etc) unless the resulting item will be solely for personal use;
  • use images in the production of rubber or other ink-based stamps unless the resulting item will be solely for personal use;
  • use the product (whole or in part) as part of a trademark, service mark, design mark, trade-name, or similar use. You may not register, protect, or enforce any trademark or similar rights on the product;
  • use the product in end products that are distributed via broadcast, or streaming via network, cable, internet, satellite, pay-per-view, video on demand or Streaming of motion picture and audiovisual works. However you MAY use the product for your personal or commercial Youtube channel;
  • use the product in software development, including website software, mobile app development, desktop application development, or video game development if it’s not for personal non-commercial use only. 
Does digital Clipart include a commercial license?

YES! You may use this product for:

  • Non-commercial & personal projects such as postcard designs, invitations, scrapbooking, digital projects, sites design, blog, photo books, or other personal non-commercial projects. The products of these projects may be distributed among family or friends. However, the original items cannot be distributed as is.
  • Commercial projects for organizers, invitations, greeting cards, party banners, business cards, photobooks, planners, classroom items, stickers, or similar uses in cases where less than 500 items are sold per pack. Items produced must be derivative (i.e. cannot be the original as is product).
Does printable Stickers include a commercial license?

NO! This product is available for PERSONAL USE ONLY.

Does digital Papers include a commercial license?

YES! You may use this product for:
