All products in our shop are digital downloads, including printable stickers, clipart, and digital artwork created by the artist behind Mespilia.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
Digital Products & Instant Access
Because our products are digital files delivered instantly after purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the files have been downloaded or accessed.
By completing your purchase and downloading the files, you agree that the digital product has been delivered and cannot be returned.
When Refunds Are Available
We want you to feel confident shopping at Mespilia.
If you have not downloaded or accessed the digital product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase – no questions asked. Simply contact us within this period and we’ll take care of it.
If the product has already been downloaded or accessed, refunds are still possible in the following cases:

The files could not be downloaded due to a technical issue

The files are corrupted, incomplete, or incorrect

The product is significantly different from its description

A technical error on our side prevents proper use of the files
If something isn’t right, please contact us at info@mespilia.com. We’ll review the issue and do our best to help or find a fair solution.
Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of Mespilia and on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. Mespilia will refuse a refund request if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour that entitles Mespilia to counterclaim the refund.
This does not affect your rights as a Consumer in relation to Products which are not as described, faulty or not fit for purpose.
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

Change of mind after the files have been downloaded or accessed

Accidental purchases once the product has been downloaded

Lack of required software, equipment, or knowledge to use the files

Requests made after successful download with no technical or product issues

Misunderstanding of product details that were clearly described on the product page
